At My Daily Bible, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. According to
Google Play Store policies and international data protection regulations (like GDPR and CCPA), you
have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@mydailybible.app.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Account Email]".
- In the body of the email, please clearly state that you want your account and personal data to
be permanently deleted.
- If you signed up using a social login (Google, Facebook), please specify the email address
associated with that account.
What Happens Next?
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity to ensure the request
is legitimate.
- Processing: Once verified, we will process your deletion request within 30
days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been
permanently removed from our servers.
Types of Data Deleted
Upon request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Account information (Name, Email, Profile Picture)
- App usage history (Readings, Quiz scores, Progress)
- Prayer requests and journals
- Device identifiers and tokens
Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for
legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
